Ultimately obtaining his funeral director’s license in 1987. While working in a funeral home, he developed a strong desire to own his own business. Andy realized this dream by acquiring and building a funeral home from the ground up, which went on to achieve remarkable success.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Andy expanded his portfolio by establishing a monument company and a pet crematory. Over time, he sold each of these businesses, which continued to thrive under new ownership.

With years of triumphant experience behind him, Andy transitioned into the role of a Business Broker. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and expertise in the death care industry, he recognized the potential of specializing in brokering death care businesses. In 2020, he founded The Decain Group, and this venture has flourished, offering an expanded range of listings nationwide. The Decain team comprises individuals well-versed in small business ownership and funeral home operation.

Andy takes immense pride in his accomplishments and maintains a profound connection to his roots in funeral service. He treats his clients with the same care and dedication he would provide to a grieving family, ensuring that they receive the best possible service.
